AI Kicks NASDAQ to Record Highs

Monday, stocks ended down slightly in Asia, unchanged in Europe, and up slightly in the U.S. on 16B shares traded. The VIX rose 5% to end at 17.20. Apple closed below 210. Precious metals fell about 1%. The NASDAQ ended at a record high close.

Tuesday, stocks gained 1.0% in Asia but lost 0.4% in Europe and 1.0% in the U.S. on 17B shares traded. Precious metals fell 1% while their miners gave up about 2%. The NASDAQ ended at a record high close. The June CPI came in with little impact from the new tariffs.

Friday, stocks rose 1.1% in Asia, ended little changed in Europe, and fell slightly in the U.S. on 18B shares traded. The NASDAQ ended at a record high close. For the week, Ethereum gained over 20%.
