Monday, stocks fell slightly in Asia and fell 0.3% in Europe but rose 0.3% in the U.S. on 11B shares traded. Precious metals and their miners gained 1%. The NASDAQ and S&P 500 ended at a record high close. The NYSE ended above 18,000.

Tuesday, stocks lost 0.4% in Asia, 0.9% in Europe, and 0.7% in the U.S. on 11B shares traded.  Apple above 200 to record. IBM below 170. The NASDAQ and S&P 500 ended at a record high close. The NYSE ended below 18,000.

Wednesday, stocks ended little changed in Asia but gained 1.0% in Europe, and 0.5% in the U.S. on 12B shares traded. The VIX fell 6% to end at 12.04. The 10-Year U.S. Treasury bond yield fell 2% to end at 4.30. The NASDAQ and S&P 500 ended at a record high close.  S&P 500 above 5400. The NYSE ended above 18,000. Apple 210.

Thursday, stocks closed unchanged in Asia and Europe, and in the U.S. on 10B shares traded. The NASDAQ and S&P 500 ended at a record high close. The NYSE ended below 18,000.

Friday, stocks gained 0.5% in Asia but lost 1.2% in Europe and 0.5% in the U.S. on 10B shares traded. Precious metals fell 1% and their miners lost three times that amount. NASDAQ ended at a record high close. Finally, the Federal Reserve balance sheet grew 3B to 7.26T.
